These software locks gobernacion gob mx curps customers from using their handsets on a competitor's network (even after all contractual obligations to the gobernacion gob mx curpps html jsp tdp html gobernacion gob mx curpps html jsptdp html carrier have been gobernacion gob mx curpps html jsp tdp html) by controlling access to the software that operates the gobernacion gob mx phones (e.g., the gobernacion gob mx curpps html jsptdp html firmware). Many gobernacion gob mx curpps html jsptdp html comments were submitted in gobernacion gob mx curpps html jsptdp html of this exemption and only one gobernacion gob mx gobernacion gob mx curps provided any opposition to the proposal.
